Lots of wonderful people who are very supportive and informative. Called Zipper Club.
And be encouraged. My pal who had aortic valve replacement three years ago at age 66 has summited Mt. Kilimanjaro last year and is right now climbing Mt. Meru (14,000 feet).
So many people do so well with cardio rehab after surgery and feel better after a few weeks.
