9. We just elected him governor. He may have his sights set on a 2028 run, assuming we win in 2020.

He'll still be young enough. But that's a long time from now and so much can change. I'd love to see 8 years of Harris, followed by 8 years of O'Rourke (at which point Newsom would be nearly 70), but that's asking a lot.
