Remember, folk, David Frum is a top dollar, skilled, professional outrager. Polished enough to appeal to more dainty readers by avoiding the pratfalls of conservative radio.

Frum supports the same things as Donald Trump, Mitch McConnel and The Koch Brothers. He is just self aware enough to act "outraged" as it happens.
