Trump just did her and Schumer a big favor.

1. He is on tape taking full blame for the coming shutdown.

2. Most of the government is already funded through the end of the month, so it won't be as painful.

3. Dem House will pass a 6-month or 12-month CR as the first order of business on January 3rd, and dare the GOP senate and/or Trump to block it.

4. The wall will never be built.

Trump is holding 2-7 offsuit and Nancy has pocket Kings. And he's pushing all in. Nancy can't say "call!" fast enough.

It was a beautiful thing to watch, and Nancy will have no problem now securing the 218 needed to be Speaker.
