Judge was presented with choices. Judge made one. It sucked.
Not too terribly difficult to understand. Not too damned mysterious either unless you force it to be.

"who cares who SHE blames"
but of course, you are the only one making that argument. That's seems the "real head-scratcher..." No more merit badges available for self-righteousness this month.
