No, the VICTIM called out the prosecutor in the victim impact statement. But, hey, who gives a shit what the victim says. Clearly you didn't read the links I posted, which include the victim's statement. Yeah, sure, I'm the only one making that argument here, because it seems practically no one else bothered to find out what the victim had to say.

The judge was NOT presented with choices. The judge was presented with a prosecutor who did not want to prosecute the case. Period.

Do you have something else to add in order to excuse the deal the prosecutor made here, or are you just here to talk about your fascination with me personally?
