He tried to run from Dillards. Customers had to hold him down until the cops came. They risked harm to themselves. Then the cops let him loose. How would you feel if you had been one of those holding him down until the cops came? They are probably thinking of unleashing some vigilante justice next time.

I know this is going to offend some, but frankly I just don't care, do U?
