I should have written, 'the testimony he intends to offer tomorrow under oath.' As for the loopholes you mentioned? I feel reasonably certain, the back-and-forth grilling by Democratic members will focus specifically on anything they deem wobbly.

But in the end? He's more likely to be confirmed than not; he's assuring that Mueller's investigation will proceed to conclusion, results made public; and the unqualified, toady Whitaker will be put out to pasture.
