trump's fast food event was boycotted by a number of Clemson football players https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2019/1/29/1830711/-Black-Clemson-players-wanted-nothing-to-do-with-Trump-s-cold-fast-food-feast
Yet another group of elite athletes has revealed that they refused to subject themselves to the disgusting disappointment promised by a visit to Donald Trumps White House. One crucial fact seems to have been overlooked in favor of the well-deserved disgust over the presidents room-temperature value meal.
The Root has the exclusive:
The players, speaking anonymously, reported that just 15 black playersout of at least 57 on the rosteropted to smash cold pizza with the popular-vote-loser on Jan. 14. That means roughly three out of four black players chose to stay home, which actually is better than the grifter in chiefs polling with African-Americans.
The Root has the exclusive:
The Root spoke with three black Clemson players who each separately confirmed that many players, both black and white, had no interest in making the trip. All three acknowledged that Donald Trump was the reason they chose not to attend. Even more telling, most of Clemsons white players were in attendance while nearly three-fourths of the schools black football players took a hard pass on the chance to eat cold fries with the president of people who eat salads from McDonalds.

And he didn't even have the decency to stay. He just blathered at them for 5-10 minutes

Nope. Some of the players even commented that their team nutritionist would have a fit

That would have been a good point to include in the article with the caption this one had -

They probably couldn't. NCAA rules are pretty strict regarding things like this.

This is what the Clemson Director of Football Nutrition considers to be fast food

That's a seriously misleading headline, and a fixation on the food that masks a serious point.
