(10,893 posts)I mean sure, it would be cool for me to express myself publicly and try to enact more policies that would get the country moving in a more leftward direction again like nationwide marijuana legalization and Canadien-style health care. But after seeing all this vitriol that Obama has had to endure, I could never do it. I'd lose my mind within the first month and be paranoid for my life. It's absurd how much hatred Obama has experienced from GOPhers since Day 1, just because the color of his skin. They always try to deny that there's racism involved, but how do you explain some of the reasons why they've been out to trash him? For example, many of them continue to call him a socialist while utilizing socialist services like public highways and police departments. They say he wants to take away people's guns, despite him never proposing any gun control measures. They said he wants to "enslave white people." And they continue to claim he's a foreigner, despite repeated displays of his birth certificate. I think you can do the math here, folks.
If there's any threat that needs to be removed from America, it's the entire Republican party. They have no new beneficial policies to offer the working-class or the rest of America, and all they do is spread misinformation in order to maintain the status quo and keep the 99% fighting amongst ourselves.
