From what I've been told, with our lender and servicer, that was the final route. We needed about $800 more income per month to qualify. Saddest part is, I have about $13,000 in outstanding receipts that I can't collect from clients who have stiffed me. That would more than handle the immediate problem. Can't even claim that as a loss on taxes because of my business status.
