Rosenstein seems to be an ethical establishment Republican. My opinion. Also...let's not forget that when Comey was fired, Rosenstein was ready to go and immediately appointed Mueller as Special Counsel. So he was prepared.

And he hasn't interfered with the Mueller investigation or made public statements supporting Trump against it. He's played it like a straight arrow government man.
