20. What makes Avenatti a "high profile Democrat"?

The USAO-SDNY doesn't need to justify itself to anyone. The US Attorney, as in every district, is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the President.

Avenatti has never run for office nor served the public in any capacity. He is, and has been since day one, nothing other than a thin-skinned, cowardly narcissist with a talent for attracting the support of the desperately gullible.
