as for Holder, if executive privilege was upheld, then the subpoena could be ignored. This has no relationship to Barr and trump and if Barr refuses the House subpeona and provide complete Mueller report and supporting documentation.....as all of Mueller's investigations was focused on actions done by trump and his circle BEFORE he was sworn in as president and HENCE NOT subject to executive privileged.
