9. Mueller leaked it! Barr & Trump were counting on Mueller

to keep quiet, maybe Trump cronies or even the Russians threatened Mueller's family members, IDK.

But for whatever reason, Barr and Moby Don, the Elusive Orange Whale, thought Mueller would keep quiet until called to testify before Congress, where Mueller would answer a lot of questions and make statements that can't be backed up because he gave all the evidence acquired by the team to Barr along with his report...
