81. Alert button and jury is fine

I prefer self-governance to authoritarian hierarchies and this is if not anything else, a worthy social experiment.

Instead or taking away alert button, there should be some kind of sanction for over use of it with just 'leave it' decisions coming back. Some gradual scale of sanctions, e.g. being able to use alert only once a day, then once a week. Perhaps even temporary ban if all you ever got after all limitations was still just 'leave it' decisions.
