For $16M I'd be tempted to take the job, but I don't think Rupert Murdoch would offer me that kind of money to sell my soul. I don't doubt all of you have a great deal of personal and professional integrity, but most people would gladly accept an unsavory job for $16M a year. That's how it is in the real world.

Like all the other extremely well-paid talking heads at FOX News, Carlson obviously does it for the money. I remember when Tucker was an establishment conservative on CNN's Crossfire, politely debating Paul Begala and James Carville. Now he's a virulent racist and a nazi, the hero of white supremacists everywhere. Jeez, I remember when Geraldo was a legitimate reporter on ABC, and O'Reilly was the pleasant host of Inside Edition. Then FOX News offered them millions.
