62. According to the article, the problem is supposedly logistical

One wing of the palace is undergoing renovation, which makes it "impossible" to host an overnight stay.
I'm sure that the Palace is crying crocodile tears over this tragic circumstance.
Is he still barred from giving a speech to Parliament, I hope?
