2. I listen to none of them - no TV for 10 years, essentially no radio.

I get the news from DU but don't watch clips - video or audio. Can't do it to myself. I've put essentially all media in a big, sturdy box and locked it up.

My attempts for positive change are by sharing and teaching gardening, positive things.
