First of all in one she is EATING and READING A BOOK. Every person on the planet looks different when they are moving, especially all the facial muscles involved in the process of eating and chewing. She has glasses on too, which people do when they read and always alter a person's appearance. When she was photographed when she was still, and not eating and facing the camera she looks different since ALL people do! I drew live models for years and years in Art School and took tons of photos too and the whole idea that this particular photo is photoshopped based on "see any difference" is ridiculous.
