And please don’t preach the despair gospel at DU. (Your NY Post citation is below.)

You’re saying in this post “there’s nothing to do”. That’s a rightwing talking point: they wish to spread despair, saying there is nothing we can do. Please don’t do that! Be constructive.

Chuck can easily do what I said. This would be an effective political move, because politics is tightly related to public messaging. This would be public messaging, and thus useful and effective.

In fact, call your Dem sens and suggest this, and I will too.
