83. School dress codes and boys who are easily distracted,

Bodies are bodies. If we weren't so prudish about them, they wouldn't be such a big deal and we wouldn't feel a need to oppress girls and women simply because boys are too easily distracted. That problem starts because of what you are trying to do. YOU are making it naughty, taboos etc and that just makes it more interesting and you teach young boys that they don't need to learn self control.
