128. Young kids have a tendency to reflect their parents' attitudes...

If the parents give the butt floss an amused glance and a shrug, the kids will get used to it, and everyone will be happy.

Butt floss looks uncomfortable as hell to me, but I daresay it's like high heels... when you're used to it, you don't notice it much anymore.

I never HAVE understood the whole "young kids should be protected from seeing what nekkid bods look like" thing, though, so possibly I'm not a good sounding board.

Now if people are being mean, bullying each other, engaging in unsafe horseplay around a pool, THEN I'd put on my Miss Grundy "What are these children learning from you? Shame!" hat.

But learning not to be embarrassed by what other peoples' bods look like is a key skill for humans to learn at a young age.
