Thanks for the answer and the link. Further down in the article it also says:

Trump, who is being defended in the case by the Department of Justice, could appeal the Second Circuit's latest decision. Tribe imagines that the White House will either seek a rehearing on the issue or will ask for a Supreme Court review. If the president decides to defend himself in court, he may be forced to disclose both his business records and his personal finances.


I can’t see him being willing to disclose his business records or his personal finances, so I guess we’re headed for a request for a Supreme Court review. If we had lost CREW would have been asking for a review.

The decision is still good news.

Unrelated question is why the DOJ is taking sides in this? Is that appropriate?
