What was the "promise"? [View all]

"I promise you I will not be leaving in 2020"?

"I promise you I will pull all of the troops out of South Korea"?

"I promise that you will get equal drilling rights on the North Slope"?

Who knows? This story has created a lot of speculation.

But, it must have been very serious? That's what we are told.
