(emoluments) But, I was all in on impeachment after that interview was aired and Trump announced on national TV that he fired the Director of the FBI because of "the Russia thing". That was a blatant act of obstruction of justice. Robert Mueller outlined nine other instances of obstruction by Trump. These have been public knowledge since April of last year.
It only took the House of Representatives six months after Nixon refused to hand over the subpoenaed Oval Office tapes (obstruction) before a resolution to begin impeachment proceedings against him was passed.
The current Democratically-controlled House has had the ability to do something about Trump's obstruction (Comey's firing) for almost ten months now, but they have yet to vote on formal proceedings.
It is way past time for them to do their Constitutional duty.
