Who is Lisa Kenna - Lisa Kenna (born 1965) is the current Executive Secretary of the United States Department of State

So is she supposed to allay Ambassador Taylor's concern about the quid pro quo?!!!

Of course, this goes all the way to the top. Pompeo is just as dirty as the rest.
