12. Monarchs have been here at the beach in NC where I am all week

In fact, I took this shot of one while out walking my dog just about the time you made the OP

And earlier in the week this one was posing for me also while out walking Snowy

The last few years I've been able to come to the beach here in October and I've seen Monarchs migrating every year. It's really a lovely sight to sit on the deck and watch them flying by.
