That he does his own hair and makeup.

Talk about having to fumigate. Whatever room he holes up in at 6pm...grease laden with big Mac and fry grease. And hair spray and dye. Our new actual president will need some reno time. Just fine if he does not vacate. After a day or two he will have to golf. Then pry our way open and change locks.
