12. This is for the subpoena issued by Elijah Cummings earlier this year...

...on behalf of the House Oversight Committee asking Mazars for information on Trump's federal returns.

The opinion from earlier today was for the subpoena issued by a NYS Grand Jury at the request of Manhattan D.A. Vance, for information on his NYS returns and other matters not yet disclosed.

Double-barreled dismissals!

Has Trump threatened the accounting firm yet? They're going to follow the court's directions, since CPA work papers are not privileged (except under certain circumstances that don't apply here).
