He's already wearing the diapers. Lock him up in the Super Max, where he'll have his abilities to communicate and move about, but he won't be allowed to do so without consent of the warden. (If there was a "God", that warden would be Hillary Clinton.) Let him spend his days locked up in that tiny cell, on a concrete bed, with only a slit of a window. It's the same effect, yet nobody will have to spend their days wiping his bloated ass, a fate which few people deserve. Unless, of course it's one of his rancid spawn, or one of his toadies, like Lindsey Graham or Devin Nunes. I couldn't think of a more appropriate fate for those assholes.
