Whether or not we agree with what he is saying in this video, it points up a marked difference between his speech and clarity of mind in 1988 as opposed to now. Thank you for posting this Kaleva.

Also: at the 1:44 mark he pinches his thumb and forefinger in the "ok" sign that is currently associated with white supremacy. Perhaps it is primarily just a communication tic for him (I'm not trying to naysay any of the white supremacist policies/attitudes coming out of this administration. Trump is certainly a racist).
