136. Wanted to splice in Vindman's comments about the lack of Burisma

Being mentioned by name in the publicly released transcript for the July 25th call.

He said that it was his “informed speculation” that the people who make the transcripts didn’t capture the word Burisma. That he wanted the record to be complete according to his notes from the call.

(This post is about ten ish minutes late, but falls about here in the order of things.)
