But he is betting that no one will do anything about it.

Consider his business career. It was built on cheating, lying, non-payment of bills, regular bail outs by his father, and generally being a dishonest businessman. But because white collar criminals are not prosecuted as much as violent criminals, Trump escaped any punishment.

And he is betting that the same thing will happen this time as well.
