4. Northern border states should really consider secession and joining Canada.

We would get better representation under the parliamentary riding-based system of Canada.
The ridings are smaller and more equal population-wise. Plus the 2nd amendment goes bye-bye.

Province of New England.
Province of New York.
Province of Michigan.
Province of Minnesota.
