18. The last one that I installed was just a pain in the ass

Despite trying to fix it a number of times the flapper in water tank would not close all the
way which caused a slow leak and some really big water bills and although it was cleaned out
it would clog with just a little t.p. and then I would have to use the snake and plunger for
@ least 10 to 15 minutes.

The plumber was great and it was great not having to go to Lowes in the Pick 'em up truck,
buying a new one, buying the bee's wax flange seal, draining and pulling the old toilet, breaking
up the old one to go into my trash dumpster, and installing the new one.
