14. He won't get soft treatment from Democratic impeachment managers/counsel!

Just like in the House, the Republicans in the Senate will give him soft treatment, but also like in the House, the Democrats will NOT give him soft treatment. Therefore, it would be the same regardless of which house of Congress has him testify.
