9. Trump/Pence.

If there was in irrefutable video of Trump on the phone with Zelensky, telling him specifically to announce an investigation into Biden to help him get elected, or else he’d withhold all aid to the Ukraine, he’d be acquitted by the Senate. If there was a video of Trump subsequently saying that he didn’t want witnesses or documents in the Senate trial because they could expose his guilt, and also said that every Republican Senator was his personal lapdog, he’d be acquitted by the Senate.

There is absolutely no way Trump gets acquitted by this Senate, under any circumstances, ever.
