they are a good tactician or company commander, i would be more worried about lone wolves than any concerted effort as i said each group has its own beliefs and aims and they are pretty much unable to form alliances. Even within the individual movements there are fractures all the time and leadership battles and then you have members who change their ways and give lots of intel up to the intelligence services. there is also the lack of community support for long term operations as i stated this isnt ulster or iraq where you have a large number of people willing to hide and support an insurgency, guarentee that if you put a one million dollar reward out for info the phones would burn down. hope this helped.
