I think trump is probably working those who haven't testified really hard. As they drop, it means he "got em".

Trump doesn't drag his feet when he's got time to scheme. While Mueller working, he got rid of Sessions and put his guy in as AG. He fired Comey who had his number He got his boy Kavenaugh in as his future blocker. He replaced all the half decent staff and advisors. He reversed countless worthwhile regulations that no one even knows about (ok now to dump cancer causing sludge into our water).
