(2,945 posts)8. There were plenty of D congresspersons who spoke about the "unintended consequences" in
the CU decision. There was also credible reporting on its unintended consequences. If CJR was disturbed by the possibility of these unintended consequences he could have taken the matter up for reconsideration at some time during this past 10 years. CJR has proven he is educated but not smart. The only other conclusion is that his CU decision has accomplished exactly what he and the others on the court intended.
