But they should be very cautious.
If Trump does the same thing with another country, should the Congress just turn away?
I think they must tread very carefully.
It would not be safe unless there are "bi-partisan" charges of criminality, in my opinion.
I can imagine Nancy Pelosi standing behind Donald Trump at the SOTU, pointing from her eyes to Donald Trump, and silently saying, "I'm watching you..."
