What is now "legal" for the next president? [View all]

Just wondering what it is now legal for the next president to do, based on established challenges drumpf has made to the separation of powers..........

1. The president can now declare anything a national emergency and reroute funding from anywhere to combat it. On day one the next Dem president can declare a climate and gun violence emergency and begin rerouting money as they desire to combat these problems.

2. The next Dem president can use Congressionally appropriated funds to further the well-being of said Democrat by imposing demands on foreign countries to help support their presidency. A good example is the next Dem president could withdraw all financial support for Israel and leave them on their own in the middle east unless Israel turns over and and all information they have on "corrupt" activities of GOP members in Israel.

3. The next Dem president is free to work with any foreign power to create mass propaganda campaigns against the GOP outside of the election and finance laws of the US.

any others?
