There was a huge problem with undervoting in the last two presidential elections here in Georgia, for example. People were so excited about Barack Obama, yet had no information or seeming interest in or recognition of the importance of the other elections and candidates on the ballot.

So, GOTV but make sure to educate about being an informed voter and voting the entire Democratic ballot, as well as special questions, referendums and non-partisan races.
