14. I like to contemplate the reality of the coming months for Limbaugh

Stage IV Lung Cancer results in intense pain during the closing months. This is usually treated with heavy pain killers because addiction is not much of a concern during palliative care.

For those who abuse pain killers earlier in life, a tolerance to the effects builds up.

Because Limbaugh was a heavy using of oxycontin for much of his adult life, he will likely get no relief from the intense pain resulting in months, and possibly up to a couple of years, living in sheer agony.

I find thinking of this outcome for Limbaugh's life somewhat soothing.
