73. He's genuinely mentally ill. He's also a sociopath and an asshole.

His deficits in thinking and behavior are clear signs of serious illness: the racing and wandering thoughts, progressively worsening grasp on language, increasingly violent mood swings, signs that he is being medicated, etc.
