I get the demarcation line, but what in the name of Clairol is going on with that hair? Blond chunk on top and then white, iike he left the colorist's chair too soon.

Worst of all, the white part of the face blends in with the white hair so it looks like the wind is blowing his face off.

Save this pic and enlarge it for a front yard Halloween decoration. Play a spooky, gravelly voice behind it saying, "Covfefe" (sniff, sniff, snort) "Covfefe."
