This seems to be a part of the systematic disassembly of our system and a means of conditioning the public, as I have noted.

What I mean is, here we have Giuliani, who is actually acting as Trump's attorney, also behaving as if he is a government official and implying it regularly. That bypasses and formal or official assignment of him to any post or position that would normally be required for him to act in such a manner.

If you haven't seen this kind of subversion again and again, let me know. It is a repeating them. It is overstepping the boundaries of our government each time something like this happens and so, it appears to be about more than just the individual events. It is a direct affront and violation of of boundaries in a bold, public manner that then becomes a matter of mass influence in order to normalize it, regardless of its legal aspects.

That's how you mess with and mess up a system and it is proceeding in full force and so far, rather unhindered. Trumps acting belies the subtle, but coherent actions that are meant to corrode the system as much as possible and make it even more vulnerable to his all out attack on it. Trumpism is political hydrochloric acid that slowly eats away our democracy.
