I did it once by accident--could have sworn I clicked the primaries button. Maybe I clicked too soon before the page fully was loaded and the button and links weren't properly positioned on the screen. Or maybe my brain glitched in the moment.

Either way, like you, I have been even more careful ever since.

Also, there are grey areas where it's not clear if the topic belongs in GD or GDP.
