Vitamin D3 is a necessary component of our immune systems, yet our bodies cannot make it. We get it from sunlight, food, and supplements.

Clinical data shows that supplementing with a small daily dose of Vitamin D3 (~400 iu) appears to help the immune system fight off viral infections better, especially during winter months when people are stuck indoors with no sunlight.

I'm not recommending taking a Vitamin D3 supplement, just pointing out it may be of benefit at this time.
